The data controller is Beilo s.r.o.. For anything related to your data, you can reach us at info@beilo.cz.

When you join the waitlist, we store your email address. Along with it we technically record the time of sign-up, the page section from which you submitted the form, and browser information (user-agent). We collect and require nothing beyond that.

The sole purpose is a one-time launch notification for the PragueEcho app. We do not sell your email or use it for any other marketing.

The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), which you grant by submitting the form (entering your email and clicking the button). Consent is voluntary and may be withdrawn at any time.

We retain the data until the app launches and the notification is sent, or at the latest until your consent is withdrawn. Once the purpose is fulfilled or consent is withdrawn, we delete your email without undue delay.

The list is stored with our processor GitHub (GitHub, Inc.) in a private repository, accessible only to the administrator after logging into their GitHub account. Public access to the data is technically prevented. GitHub may process data outside the EU (USA); the transfer is covered by appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses and the EU–US Data Privacy Framework).

With respect to your data, you have the right to:

• access and rectification of your data,
• erasure ("right to be forgotten"),
• restriction of processing and the right to object,
• withdraw consent at any time, without any consequences,
• lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).

Just write to info@beilo.cz and we'll remove your email from the list immediately.
